The Outdoor Adventure Program is developed for youth of all ages. On a monthly basis Willard PAL has camping, bonfires, hiking, and other outdoor adventures at our Camp Character. Located 5 minutes from the Willard Police Department on nearly 60 acres of wooded property, camp Character is the recent winner of the MML 2018 Innovation Award—for partnerships between organizations to provide programming for youth.

The Willard PAL program is committed to bringing the opportunity of outdoor appreciation to the youth of our community. Through our four pillars of character and an array of outdoor skills and activities we guide our youth in areas of cave and forrest exploration, rope skills, preservation of nature, water skills, backpacking, camping, wilderness survival, and much more.

Check our Coming Events page for our next monthly event and come be a part of our Outdoor Adventures!

Willard PAL would like to thank HONDA OF THE OZARKS for their very generous donation of a Honda Pioneer 1000. We will be using this to access our 3D archery range / walking trail and to get lumber to locations for our low ropes course, zip lines, and other surprise activities.

Willard PAL wants to thank (Left to right) Tim Perriman, Darren Proctor, Glenn Kirkland, and Aaron Clinton for their generous work on a cold day! Thank you guys for a GREAT BBQ pit that we will use all year around.

We would also like to thank the following businesses that help make this possible; Willard Laser & Fabrication, Eternal Armory, Glenn's Automotive, and Willard True Value Hardware.
